401(k)
Employees are eligible to participate in the ATI 401(k) Savings Plan. ATI provides an automatic non-elective contribution plus ATI offers an additional dollar for dollar match up to a certain percentage. Currently, employer total contributions total up to 8% in total contributions. Contributions and match are immediately vested.

Health Insurance
Employees are eligible for health insurance the first of the month after their hire date. For example, if an employee starts July 22nd, they would be eligible for full coverage insurance starting on August 1st. We offer comprehensive medical insurance and two different types of plans with a range of monthly premium and deductible options to suit our employees needs in every stage of life.

ATI offers dental insurance with varying levels of coverage for preventative, basic, major, specialty, and orthodontia care.

Short-Term Disability
Extended time away from work? ATI provides short-term disability coverage to replace income from absences due to injury or illness.

Long Term Disability
ATI also offers long term disability coverage that starts after 180 days of disability and pays a portion of an employee’s salary for the first two years of disability. Employees may purchase optional coverage that extends benefits until age 65.

Employees growing their family by birth, adoption, or foster care may be eligible to receive up to six weeks of Parental Paid Leave.

ATI offers competitive vacation time dependent on the level and years of experience, as well as 10 standard holidays and 2 floating holidays for employees to enjoy paid time off.
